Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist to supportthe AMP account, responsible for the configuration, enhancement, and ongoingsupport of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem,Change, Request and Service Catalogue.
  
• Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules,Client Scripts and UI Policies.
  
• Support CMDB, including CI data quality, relationships, and ongoingmaintenance.
  
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub and MIDServer.
  
• Perform platform administration, troubleshooting and production support.
  
• Support platform upgrades, releases, testing and continuous improvementinitiatives.
  
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements anddeliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
  
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and change-managementstandards.
