The role will focus predominantly on front-end development, building and improving customer-facing digital products, greenfield projects and wider digital initiatives. Role &amp;

Responsibilities:

Design and develop modern front-end applications using Vue.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.<br />Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performing customer-facing applications.<br />Deliver features end-to-end across development, testing and deployment.<br />Build and maintain reusable component libraries using Storybook and modern front-end development practices.<br />Work closely with developers, QA, Business Analysts, DevOps, CRM, design and marketing teams.<br />Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and improvements to application performance, security and scalability.<br />Support user experiments and A/B testing to improve customer conversion and digital journeys.Technical

Requirements:

3+ years' front-end development experience with strong Vue 3 and TypeScript knowledge.<br />Experience with Tailwind CSS, Vite, Storybook, Git/GitLab and GitLab CI/CD.<br />Strong understanding of component-based development, cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.<br />Experience with ESLint, unit testing, automated testing and SOLID development principles.<br />Good understanding of application performance, security principles including OWASP, and scalable software development.<br />Experience with Node.js, Nuxt/Next, Docker, Redis, AWS/Azure, PHP/Laravel, GTM or Google Analytics would be beneficial.<br />Exposure to AI-assisted or agent-based development workflows would also be advantageous.Role &amp; Package: £50,000 - £60,000<br />Basingstoke – Hybrid WorkingSoftware Engineer - £50,000 - £60,000 – Financial Services – Basingstoke (Hybrid)
