Infosys is seeking a senior OCM Manager to lead end-to-end change management for a strategic automotive transformation program. The role will partner with client business and IT teams, Field DSPMs, dealers, program teams and implementation partners to drive readiness, adoption and a seamless transition across pilots, rollout and stabilization. The candidate should own and synchronize the overall program OCM strategy and integrated change management plan across client, dealers, field teams and implementation partners and conduct change impact, stakeholder and readiness assessments identify adoption risks, affected roles, process impacts and mitigation actions

Own and synchronize the overall program OCM strategy and integrated change management plan across client, dealers, field teams and implementation partners.
