A leading home improvement retailer is seeking a skilled Kitchen Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This role is crucial in helping customers bring their dream kitchens to life, managing the entire sales cycle from initial consultation to final contract. The Role

  • Visualize customer ideas and transform them into beautiful, functional kitchen designs using advanced 3D planning tools.
  • Develop and present individual kitchen concepts, balancing style, practicality, and budget.
  • Manage the complete sales process, including quoting, objection handling, closing deals, and coordinating project execution.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on current kitchen trends and technologies.
  • Utilize professional planning software to create compelling visualizations and detailed proposals.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current industry trends.
  • Proficiency with professional kitchen planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and standard office applications.
  • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a confident demeanor, and the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
  • A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in design solutions.
