Senior Business Analyst

Position: Sr BA
Location: NJ, Remote

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with ** SICS reinsurance platform is mandatory**.

• Excellent understanding of reinsurance business processes and the end-to-end reinsurance lifecycle.

• Strong knowledge of SICS product functionality, data structures, configurations, and lifecycle events.

• Experience with SICS upgrades, enhancements, patches, and incremental releases.

• Hands-on experience supporting functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and regression testing.

• Understanding of mainframe-based applications and legacy system integrations.

• Exposure to automation testing, test scenarios, defect management, and release validation.

• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
