The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application issues, working both independently and as part of a team. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify system faults. • Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings. • Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system. • Conduct pre-deployment end-to-end testing and on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. • Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems. • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
