Job Title: Organizational Change Management Consultant / OCM Consultant
DOD (Dept of Defense) / Department of War (DOW) projects
ship required due to program access requirements.
Must be eligible to obtain DOD Clearance
Duration: up to 12 months Contract with possible extensions
Location: Remote Work
Work Schedule: 4/10 – 1st Shift, Monday to Thursday; 10 hours per day
Pay Rate: $60/hr - $75/hr on W2 [the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications]

Job Description:
As a Change Management Consultant on the Organizational Change Management team you will partner with executive leaders, mid-level managers and front line employees to support all change & learning activities to build the appropriate levels of awareness, increase change acceptance and user adoption.
Specific activities will include:
• Change impact analysis
• Stakeholder analysis
• Role mapping
• Survey construction and deployment
• Analysis of survey results
• Training development & delivery based on survey feedback/results
Responsibilities will include:
· Executing stakeholder engagement strategy
· Creating end-user communications regarding changes
· Preparing materials and facilitation of meetings
· Creating presentations and artifacts
Skills Required:
· Holds a degree in Organizational Change Management, Adult learning, multi-media communication, marketing or related major or equivalent experience/combined education.
· Experience with ADDIE model or similar philosophy in the design, development, and execution of learning for adults
· Experience with MS Office products
· Understanding of Organization Change Management principles and methods
· Ability to influence, motivate and coach diverse teams to enable workforce adaptation and bring change.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Ability to apply a structured approach to empower individuals to collectively re-imagine possibilities to facilitate business transformation.
· Ability to cultivate a project plan to guide implementation, inclusive of new ways of working and change management, across multi-discipline teams/programs.
· Ability to comprehend, process, and distill complex information/data into comprehensive, clear messages to drive learning/buy-in.
· Ability to think strategically with experience creating and implement detailed tactical, results-driven plans.
· Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and changing settings.
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge and experience in organizational change management using ADKAR methods and practices
• PROSCI certification
• Hands-on experience with Change Management activities (change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, role mapping, survey construction and deployment, analysis of survey results and incorporating feedback into methodology and alignment through training development/delivery)
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication crafting, course/material creation and instruction design (instructor-led or web-based training, quick reference guides, etc), meeting facilitation, and executive briefing.
• Experience with Captivate, Enable Now, and other digital adoption platforms
