The Role • Visualize customer kitchen wishes using modern 3D planning tools • Develop and visualize bespoke kitchen concepts, considering style, functionality, and budget • Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to contract closing • Create offers, handle objections, finalize contracts, and coordinate project logistics (delivery, installation, invoice control) • Utilize professional planning software for design and presentation What You'll Need • Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales • In-depth knowledge of kitchen technology, design, and current product ranges • Proficiency in professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace • Strong sales orientation, negotiation skills, and passion for exceeding customer expectations • Excellent presentation, social skills, and a self-motivated, goal-oriented work approach • A keen eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in implementation What's On Offer • Competitive fixed salary with performance-based commission • Generous vacation allowance (six weeks annually, with potential for more) • Employee discounts on purchases • Extensive training and development opportunities, including a dedicated Academy
