Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Oracle Accounting Hub (AHCS). The ideal candidate will work closely with customers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements and translate them into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Technical Specification Documents (TSDs). The candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical/development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into BRDs, Functional Specifications, and Technical Design Documents.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
• Support solution design discussions, requirement clarifications, and scope management.
• Act as a liaison between business users, functional consultants, and development teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating solutions, and coordinating defect resolution.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in business process discussions and provide functional insights related to Oracle PPM and Accounting Hub.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 6 10 years of overall IT experience with proven experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle ERP environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Hands-on functional expertise in Oracle Accounting Hub / Subledger Accounting (SLA).
• Strong experience preparing BRDs, Functional Specifications, and Technical Specification Documents.
• Good understanding of finance, accounting, project costing, and related business processes.
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams in a customer-facing environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience with end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Exposure to Oracle Finance and Project Accounting processes.
