Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality and restaurant industry, is seeking a Sr Revenue Specialist to join their team. As a Sr Revenue Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Revenue and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Revenue Specialist

Location: Remote but must be local to Louisville, KY. Must be hybrid 3 days onsite per week after perm conversion.
Duration: 6 Months contract to hire

Pay Range: $22.50/hr on w2

What's the Job?

  • Monitor and perform daily matching of cash, credit cards, and gift card activity.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies, including store outreach, over/short reports, bank research, and refund requests.
  • Complete period-end reconciliations such as cash, credit card, gift card, and other general ledger accounts.
  • Monitor and perform sales distribution on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare, log, and upload journal entries each period and support ad hoc team activities.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with JDE and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to accuracy and detail.
