The Role • Represent the company within the station, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Guide passenger flow within the station and to/from bus stops. • Act as a point of contact for information regarding platform changes, operational disruptions, train cancellations, missed connections, and travel alternatives. • Assist passengers with loading bicycles, strollers, and luggage. • Provide support for boarding and alighting passengers. • Aid passengers with reduced mobility on the platform. • Inform and assist travelers and cycling customers at the station or platform. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a service-oriented profession (e.g., retail, hairdressing, or specialized gastronomy). • Experience in the service industry and customer interaction. • Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Confident, friendly demeanor with excellent customer focus and professional presentation. • Readiness to wear company-provided uniform. • Good German language skills; English proficiency is a plus.
