### Foundry Workshop Developer

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Foundry Workshop Developer** to build and integrate mission-facing applications within the **Army Vantage / Palantir Foundry** environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop applications, dashboards, workflows, and operational tools using **Palantir Foundry, Workshop, Slate, and Ontology**.

* Develop custom user interfaces and functionality using **React/TypeScript** and support **Java** development.

* Integrate applications with data products, APIs, analytics, and predictive models.

* Support application state, variables, actions, write-back, and interactive capabilities.

* Collaborate with Data/ML Engineers and Full-Stack/Integration Leads to deliver integrated solutions.

* Test, troubleshoot, demonstrate, deploy, and support completed applications.

**Required Qualifications**

* **8+ years** of application development experience, including analytical/reporting environments.

* Experience with **Palantir Foundry application development**, particularly **Workshop, Slate, and Ontology**.

* Familiarity with **React/TypeScript and Java**.

* Understanding of frontend/backend architecture and application integration.

* **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

* **Active Secret security clearance required.**

**Preferred**

* Hands-on **Army Vantage / Palantir Foundry** experience.

* Strong Workshop and operational workflow development experience.

* React/TypeScript or Java development experience.

* Previous **Army, DoD, or federal mission-system** experience.
