Oracle SCM Functional Consultant (Order Management)

The ideal candidate will have deep supply chain domain knowledge, extensive experience delivering Oracle SCM Cloud transformation programs, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, outcome-oriented solutions for manufacturing organizations.

Must haves 
•    Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation activities for Oracle SCM Cloud, with a focus on:
o    Order Management (OM)
o    Global Order Promising (GOP)
o    Inventory Management

o    Order Orchestration
o    Order Scheduling and Commitment

Key Responsibilities
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain challenges and recommend best-practice Oracle Cloud solutions.
•    Design end-to-end order-to-fulfillment processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiencies.
•    Configure, prototype, test, and deploy Oracle SCM Cloud solutions while adhering to Oracle best practices and fit-to-standard principles.
•    Analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into scalable functional designs and solution options.
•    Support customer workshops, process assessments, gap analysis, and future-state process design.
Required Qualifications
•    12-15 years of overall Supply Chain and IT experience.
•    6-8 years of hands-on Oracle SCM Cloud experience.
•    Strong expertise in:
o    Oracle Order Management Cloud
o    Global Order Promising (GOP)
o    Order Orchestration
o    Scheduling and Commitment
o    Inventory Management Cloud
•    Hands-on experience delivering at least 2-3 Oracle SCM Cloud implementation or transformation projects.
•    Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Order-to-Cash and Fulfillment.
•    Experience working with Manufacturing industry customers is highly preferred.
