Job Description
D2B Groups is currently searching for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our service team and enhance our client's service operations. This is a crucial role within our organization that requires an individual with a strong background in electrical services, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of service technicians, ensuring they have the training and resources needed to excel in their roles.
- Service Operations: Oversee all service-related activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and managing work orders efficiently to meet customer needs.
- Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that all electrical service work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service operations.
- Bids and Proposals: Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for electrical service contracts and projects.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the service department budget, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining high service standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to promote a safe working environment for all team members.
- Expeirnece as an Electrician is required
- 5+ years of experience in electrical service management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid electrical license or certification is a plus.
