Pay Range: $145000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and configuration changes for WMS & YMS, ensuring optimized functionality.
• Collaborate with enterprise systems, integration teams, and TMS subject matter experts to deliver business functionality.
• Participate in cross-functional IT application support and design planning, addressing integration challenges.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance WMS, YMS, and TMS performance and production issues.
• Manage integration between enterprise systems and external applications, providing permanent solutions.
• Support distribution centers and consult on integration points as necessary.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT or consulting/services within the retail and distribution industry.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in WMS and YMS design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of WMS workflow solutions, including multi-channel order management and logistics system integration.
• Extensive system architecture knowledge of WMS and YMS functionalities for ERP and inventory management integration.
• Proven problem-solving and team-building skills.
