Senior Ecosystem Architect What You'll Do- Drive the growth of Teradata software and services by shaping and influencing customer data and analytics strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, including C suite executives, helping them align business goals with modern data and analytics architectures.
- Translate customer business strategies, requirements, and constraints into clear, actionable technology strategies, target architectures, and multi year roadmaps.
- Partner closely with Teradata account teams to develop client specific architecture plans that support new business wins and increased consumption of Teradata solutions.
- Provide strategic consulting to define and evolve enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms that enable digital transformation outcomes.
- Contribute directly to account financial objectives through business development, demand creation, and billable consulting engagements.
- Develop, curate, and share architecture assets, best practices, and thought leadership that enhance the effectiveness of Teradata's global account teams.
- Teradata sales, pre sales, and account teams to jointly pursue customer success and revenue growth.
- Senior leaders and decision makers within Australian Government agencies, as well as select commercial customers.
- The Worldwide Data Architecture team, serving as the Data Architecture leader for Australian Government accounts.
- Cross functional Teradata teams across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and globally to support broader customer initiatives as needed.
- 7+ years of experience architecting, designing, delivering, or optimizing enterprise Data Warehouse and/or Data Lake solutions.
- Proven experience engaging with senior executives and business leaders on data strategy, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in Australian Government environments and at least one industry vertical (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Telco) or horizontal domain (e.g., Supply Chain).
- Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to influence, guide, and build credibility with technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams in a customer facing, revenue oriented role.
- Strategic thinking and a deep understanding of modern data, analytics, and AI ecosystems.
- A consultative mindset with the ability to translate complex business challenges into pragmatic, scalable technology solutions.
- Strong problem solving skills, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate architectural concepts clearly and persuasively.
- A passion for sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and contributing to a high performance, inclusive culture.
