Our client is looking for an Data/ETL Analyst with Facets for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Data/ETL Analyst with Facets

Location: Sacramento, CA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Facets in a healthcare payer environment.
• Strong understanding of Healthcare Payer business processes, including Membership, Enrollment, Claims, Benefits, Providers, and Billing.
• Strong experience in data analysis, data mapping, data validation, and ETL processes.
• Experience working with Facets data models, database structures, and Facets interfaces.
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large healthcare datasets.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of claims, Enrollment, eligibility, provider, and member data within healthcare payer systems.
• Ability to analyze complex data issues and identify discrepancies across Facets and downstream systems.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or similar.
• Familiarity with healthcare data warehouses, reporting systems, and downstream applications is preferred.
