Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Build Process Automation Technical Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support business process automation solutions using SAP Build Process Automation. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to automate workflows, build bots, integrate SAP and non-SAP systems, and optimize business processes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop automation solutions using SAP Build Process Automation.

- Analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.

- Create and configure:

- Process workflows

- Approval processes

- Business rules

- Forms and user interfaces

- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots

- Integrate SAP BPA with SAP and third-party applications using APIs, OData services, REST services, and SAP BTP services.

- Configure and manage SAP Build Process Automation environments.

- Develop reusable automation components and best practices.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Monitor automation processes and resolve production issues.

- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants in areas such as:

- S/4HANA

- SuccessFactors

- Ariba

- Concur

- SAP ECC

- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.

- Support user training and knowledge transfer activities.

Participate in project planning, estimation, and solution architecture discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with SAP Build Process Automation.

Strong knowledge of:

- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

- Workflow Management

- SAP Intelligent RPA/SAP Build Process Automation Bots

- Business Rules Management

- Process Visibility and Monitoring

- Experience with:

- REST APIs

- OData Services

- JSON/XML

- Web Services

- Understanding of SAP integration technologies:

- SAP Integration Suite

- Cloud Integration (CPI)

- API Management

- Knowledge of SAP security concepts, roles, and authorizations.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

- Basic Scripting knowledge (JavaScript preferred).
