The Role • Deliver first-class vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services on customer driveways and at their locations. • Manage your own van stock, conduct reporting, and maintain clear customer communication. • Handle a variety of vehicle issues, from routine servicing to complex diagnostics and repairs. • Represent the company with professional customer interaction and a problem-solving attitude. • Work independently, making informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain high standards of service and contribute to the company's reputation. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Excellent customer service and communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
