Job Description: Senior Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud & Agentforce
Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)
Must-Have Skills

• Active Salesforce Trailhead profile with a PDI (Platform Developer I) certification.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Agent Script.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams.

Highly Desired: Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and formulas.
• Configure custom objects, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Build and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions and Agentforce capabilities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools.
• Support monthly releases, deployments, and production maintenance.
• Use deployment and data management tools such as Apex Data Loader, Force.com IDE, ANT, Copado, and AutoRABIT.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, assign development tasks, review code, and coordinate smooth handoffs.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices and Agile delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Aura; 6+ years is the primary requirement.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action.
• Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe experience is preferred.
• Experience in an onshore/offshore support model.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, Copado, and AutoRABIT.
• Familiarity with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools.
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification.
