The Role • Lead and inspire a team, acting as a role model and effectively implementing the national sales strategy. • Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards. • Enhance customer satisfaction through appealing displays, expert advice, and attentive service. • Independently implement creative ideas for sales promotions. • Manage all aspects of department operations, including cost and revenue development, inventory, ordering, pricing, and product flow. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with proven expertise in baked goods or fresh food counters. • Strong knowledge of products with a keen awareness of freshness and quality. • A solution-oriented and results-driven approach, with a structured and conscientious work ethic. • Excellent teamwork, customer orientation, and communication skills. • Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, including Saturdays.
