We are hiring for an impact-driven organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role

• Deliver in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 with planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Work with referrals from local authorities and schools to provide tailored educational support.
• Raise the standard of education for young people with diverse learning difficulties, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• An enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and creating a safe learning environment.
• To be based in the UK with the right to work.
