The Role

• Independently perform and coordinate prescribed medical treatment care measures.
• Guide and direct care and assistant staff in the execution of limited treatment care.
• Maintain contact with relatives and other persons close to the residents.
• Manage and be responsible for digital care documentation via iPad or smartphone.
• Contribute to the implementation and further development of quality management.
• Undertake psychosocial support and guidance tasks.

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d), e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse, nurse, pediatric nurse, or an equivalent recognized professional qualification.
• Proficiency in computer-assisted care documentation.
• Ability to take personal responsibility and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Personal stability, composure, and patience in dealing with clients and relatives.
