Talent Acquisition Specialist

M9 Solutions is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate team. This is a hybrid role based at our Tysons, VA headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified professional technical candidates using the M9 database, job boards, social media, your network, and other resources.
• Work as a team with other recruiters to support Sales teams.
• Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about M9 and opportunities.
• Originate leads for M9 Sales teams.
• Negotiate salaries and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and present offers (full lifecycle recruitment).
• Provide assistance to candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain regular communication with the employees that you have hired.
• Maintain activity level expectations using defined metrics and measurement systems.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with others to create a positive and productive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Federal IT technical staffing recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for full-time hires in one or more of the following areas: ERP/BI, Web Services, Cloud, Cyber, Mission IT.
• Experience recruiting technical candidates for both W2 hourly and salaried positions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and phone etiquette.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Software systems such as Greenhouse.
• A high degree of self-motivation and a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and exceed expectations.
• A professional appearance, demeanor, and approach to work.
• Experience using MS Office Suite: Word and Excel.
• A desire to learn, with sound judgment and discretion in accomplishing goals and work requirements.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting cleared technical professionals at varying clearance levels, including Public Trust, Secret, and TS/SCI.
• Current authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
