The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of issues including battery replacements, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Start and finish your workday from home. • Combine technical expertise with outstanding member service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
