Pay Range: $70 to 78.71/hr on W2
Location: REMOTE 


Job Description:
As an Account-Based Marketing leader, you will play a pivotal role in helping to shape our global account-based marketing (ABM) strategy in partnership with our GSI and hyperscale’s. You will be responsible for developing, managing and executing Partner ABM one-to-one account plans for a defined set of focused strategic accounts.
As a key member of a high-performing team, you will be focused on delivering ABM strategies that deliver measurable outcomes such as pipeline, deal acceleration, loyalty, and advocacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running integrated marketing campaigns and is someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Weekly Orchestration & Coordination
  • Lead weekly cross-functional alignment meetings with Client’s Account Executives, GSI channel leadership, and agency partner.
  • Serve as primary point of contact between Client and GSI stakeholders.
  • Update account stakeholders on program momentum, emerging risks, and priority shifts.
  • Coordinate executive engagement activities (EBCs, Innovation Days, curated experiences).
Account Strategy & Execution
  • Execute against documented account GTM plans and marketing plays for all four accounts.
  • Translate account strategy into specific campaigns, content, and engagement tactics.
  • Track shifting stakeholder dynamics, competitive threats, and buying signals within each account.
  • Maintain account momentum tracking and prevent priority drift across all four accounts.
Pipeline & Engagement Management
  • Track campaign effectiveness metrics: engagement, meetings booked, pipeline generated.
  • Report weekly on account health, program momentum, and progress toward quarterly objectives.
  • Identify pipeline acceleration opportunities and flag blockers for sales leadership.
Content & Campaign Execution
  • Partner with internal design, digital teams, and external agency to execute account-specific campaigns.
  • Ensure content aligns with account-level GTM plays and GSI co-sell positioning.
  • Oversee campaign calendar, digital activation timelines, and content production workflows.
  • Manage content delivery and engagement tracking across all four accounts.
Account Intelligence & Database Management
  • Maintain and update comprehensive account profiles, organizational charts, and stakeholder maps.
  • Build and manage database of named contacts aligned to account and GSI objectives.
  • Track decision-maker changes, organizational shifts, and role transitions.
  • Document insights and intelligence to inform account strategy adjustments.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Track KPIs and metrics: TAM penetration, NNACV progress, engagement rates, pipeline velocity.
  • Provide weekly and monthly program health reports to Director and sales leadership.
  • Document lessons learned and program evolution for continuity post-maternity leave.
Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain weekly contact with GSI partner channel leaders and account leadership.
  • Communicate program status, wins, and escalations with Client’s sales teams.
  • Manage agency partner workflows, deliverables, and production timelines.
  • Maintain executive relationship continuity for all four accounts.
Skills:
Baseline (Required)
  • 8+ years in marketing and/or sales roles within high-technology software companies
  • Minimum 3 years specifically in Account-Based Marketing, key account marketing, or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Preferred
  • Prior experience managing enterprise accounts
  • Direct experience with GSI partner ecosystems
  • Experience managing budgets and cross-functional project delivery in fast-paced environments
