Job Description

Founded in 2009, RSC2, Inc. is a Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified HUBZone Professional Services company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. RSC2 provides breakthrough expertise, support services, and technologies to make operations, programs and systems of record perform better. Our professional staff is trained to provide world-class services to all types of customers. We uphold the integrity and quality of our work so you can expect only the best from us. We are seeking an Intelligence Systems Dataflow & Integration Architect – As an experienced engineer supporting a key U.S. Army aerial intelligence program (HADES), you will design, integrate, and optimize data pipelines connecting advanced airborne sensors to ground networks, ensuring secure, real-time delivery of high-volume ISR data (video, imagery, telemetry) to military analysts and commanders. You’ll leverage strong software and integration skills (e.g., data logging, scripting) to manage mission-critical data flows, and collaborate with government and industry partners to test and troubleshoot these systems in labs and field, continuously improving performance in support of critical national security missions. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Design & Integrate Data Architectures: Develop robust, scalable intelligence dataflow architectures for advanced sensor and ISR systems. Ensure secure, efficient routing of high-bandwidth sensor data from aircraft to ground networks. Data Pipeline & Network Engineering: Build and optimize real-time data pipelines and communication networks (e.g. satellite, radio, secure networks) to guarantee low-latency, high-reliability delivery of critical intelligence. System Integration & Testing: Integrate airborne ISR sensors with ground processing systems, performing hands-on lab and field testing to validate end-to-end performance. Quickly diagnose and resolve data flow or system interoperability issues to maintain seamless operations. Deployment & Continuous Improvement: Support deployment of new sensor payloads and maintain operational data systems. Monitor system performance, implement improvements for reliability and cybersecurity, and help evolve our PED (Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination) capabilities. Mission-Focused Collaboration: Work closely with Army program managers, government engineers, and industry partners. Contribute to technical reviews and cross-team planning to ensure solutions meet mission requirements and adapt to evolving needs. Qualifications (Required & Preferred): Security Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (or SCI eligibility). Experience: 8+ years in systems integration, network engineering, or software engineering, preferably within defense, aerospace, or intelligence domains. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s a plus). Technical Skills: Proven ability to design and optimize data pipelines/networks for large-scale, real-time data (e.g. video, sensor feeds). Experience integrating complex systems via APIs, data services, or messaging/middleware. Familiarity with ISR data formats, communications protocols, or Army intel systems (e.g. DCGS-A, tactical data links) is a plus.
