Senior Engineer  QE Test Execution Harness

The QE harness today is an IDEresident tool  the seven commands story discover generate validate heal promote stability run where the engineer sits driven by hand This role owns moving it into a firstclass ORBIT service serverside on ROSA invoked via API and events wired into the endtoend flow The IDE stays as one entry point not the only one

Responsibilities

 Rearchitect the harness for headless multitenant execution  durable orchestration queued and scheduled runs

 Wire it into the E2E spine Requirements  SpecRecord  CodeGen  test generation  execution  promotion
 Integrate with TDMs twolane architecture and the Repo Knowledge Plane



Instrument telemetry flake detection and stability scoring that gate promotion
 

 

Requirements

8 years software engineering recent platformbackend work

Demonstrated experience replatforming an IDEbound tool into a shared service core to the role

 Strong Python andor TypeScript API design eventdriven orchestration
 Test automation depth  GherkinBDD Playwright or Selenium CI integration
 AgenticLLM frameworks LangGraph CrewAI Strands with deterministic control around probabilistic components
 KubernetesOpenShift ROSA a plus Snowflake AI gateway patterns
 LLM costawareness  token economics as a design constraint

Nice to have TDM or synthetic data pipeline ownership brownfield sequencing insurance domain
