Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.<br />Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.<br />As the Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering services across a complex environment, ensuring safe, compliant and high-performing estates delivery.<br />The Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage engineering maintenance and estates services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and HTMs/HBNs
• Oversee PPM, lifecycle planning and risk management to minimise disruption to clinical operations
• Act as Authorised Person / Lead Authorised Person and ensure safe systems of work are followed
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners
• Drive performance, continuous improvement and value for money across engineering services<br />To be successful for this Senior Engineering Manager role you

must have:

• Relevant engineering/FM qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, IWFM or equivalent)
• Significant experience in a senior technical leadership role within FM or healthcare environments
• Strong knowledge of compliance, engineering standards and safe systems of work
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
