Clearance Required: Active Top Secret Role Overview:
Seneca Resources is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a critical defense program in the Tampa area. In this role, you'll lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications, translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and provide technical guidance across the development team. Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into technical designs and ServiceNow solutions
Lead development of ServiceNow applications aligned with best practices and mission objectives
Develop, configure, and enhance applications across GRC, SPM, and ITSM modules
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, system testing, and integration testing
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, and Mid-Server
Support platform upgrades, regression testing, and reconfiguration activities
Develop technical and functional documentation and deliver demos to stakeholders Key Requirements:
Active Top Secret security clearance (adjudicated prior to start)
6+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
Expertise in GRC, SPM, and/or ITSM modules, App Engine, and Scoped Apps
Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
Ability to commute to the Tampa, FL area
Experience with Agile/SDLC methodologies Preferred Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Testing Framework)
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD)
Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications
Federal financial management or GRC background
