The Role • Ensure the store is well-maintained and provides an excellent shopping experience for customers. • Actively participate in stocking shelves, creating appealing product displays, baking, and operating modern checkout systems. • Support the Scan&Go zone by ensuring functionality, promoting the system to customers, and assisting them to create a positive experience. • Assist the store manager with operational tasks, including leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing store concepts. • Undertake inventory, cleaning, and stockroom duties.
