The Role

• Ensure the store is well-maintained and provides an excellent shopping experience for customers.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, creating appealing product displays, baking, and operating modern checkout systems.
• Support the Scan&Go zone by ensuring functionality, promoting the system to customers, and assisting them to create a positive experience.
• Assist the store manager with operational tasks, including leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake inventory, cleaning, and stockroom duties.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with any prior leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision) being a plus.
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt quickly to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts as agreed upon with management.
