Delivery Manager | Hybrid/Onsite | £300 - £435 per day | 6-Month Contract Overview<br />We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support a government client within the public sector. This is an initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with an expectation of 3 days onsite/ week, supporting digital delivery across complex programmes and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary teams in the successful delivery of digital products and services.<br />Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring outcomes are delivered to time, quality and budget expectations.<br />Remove impediments and unblock delivery challenges across teams and stakeholders.<br />Facilitate planning, sprint ceremonies, workshops and programme governance activities.<br />Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools and team performance.<br />Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate delivery progress, risks and dependencies.<br />Support Agile ways of working and promote a culture of collaboration and accountability.<br />Ensure delivery aligns with user needs, business objectives and government digital standards.<br />Essential Experience Previous experience delivering programmes within Government or Public Sector environments.<br />Experience leading Agile delivery teams across digital transformation initiatives.<br />Demonstrable experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and delivery roadmaps.<br />Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including product, engineering, design and business stakeholders.<br />Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels.<br />Experience facilitating workshops, planning sessions and governance forums.<br />Ability to deliver in fast-paced and changing environments.
