About the Role:
Crusoe is expanding our modular AI data center infrastructure across the U.S., delivering
innovative, multi-site mission-critical facilities that support America’s leadership in AI and
high-performance computing. We are building at a pace and scale that requires
construction leaders who can manage complex projects through commissioning and readiness for operations.
As a Construction Manager focusing on our Spark deployment, you will oversee all phases of construction - including site development, electrical and fiber installation, rack loading, and final turnover. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships, aligning the internal and external teams and the General Contractor.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel at coordinating multiple trades, navigating
complex technical requirements, and delivering high-quality facilities on time and on
budget.
What You'll Be Working On:
Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and server move-in
Manage field operations, subcontractors, and safety
Oversee site improvement, electrical/mechanical installation, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and site logistics through turnover to operations
Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards
Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning
teams
Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost
Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Architecture, or related field
5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)
Experience with Civil Engineering and site improvement projects
Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam
Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills
Ability to travel ~40%

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $165,000 -$195,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
