Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Great Barrington, MA. This role involves providing specialized care for geriatric patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Details:

  • Location: Great Barrington, MA
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Hourly Rate: $41 – $45 per hour (Depending on Experience)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders
  • Provide therapy in a skilled nursing facility setting, collaborating with nurses, OT/PT, and physicians
  • Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and support staff according to state guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy strategies and safe swallowing techniques

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active Massachusetts State SLP license
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility (CFY)
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
  • Experience with geriatric populations or in skilled nursing settings preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and patient-care skills
