SAP PP Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced and visionary SAP PP Solution Architect to join our enterprise IT leadership team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be the primary architect responsible for designing, transforming, and scaling our manufacturing operations and supply chain systems. You will lead the transition/optimization of our manufacturing execution systems toward SAP S/4HANA, ensuring our shop floor, capacity planning, and material forecasting align perfectly with our global business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Blueprinting: Design end-to-end manufacturing solutions within SAP S/4HANA, creating robust architectural frameworks for discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing.
• Integration Management: Seamlessly integrate SAP PP with adjacent modules (MM, WM/EWM, QM, SD, PM) and external Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Business Transformation: Act as the trusted advisor to local operations leaders and global executives, translating complex business problems into standard SAP capabilities.
• Technical Governance: Lead blueprinting workshops, define customization boundaries, enforce best practices, and mitigate risks in system performance or data integrity.
• Team Leadership: Mentor functional analysts and technical developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality configuration, custom developments (WRICEF), and data migration plans.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 12 years of core SAP functional experience, with at least 4+ years acting as a Lead or Solution Architect.
• Lifecycle Delivery: Proven track record of leading at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield manufacturing implementations.
• Technical Depth: Deep proficiency in Material Requirements Planning (MRP Live), Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Variant Configuration.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing certification.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or PP-DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).
• Exposure to Arizona's prominent industrial sectors (e.g., Aerospace & Defence, Semiconductor, or Advanced Manufacturing).
