We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Processing to join our team. This role is located in Los Angeles, CA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Reviews day-to-day money movement activity, including Fed funds wires, check disbursements, ACH transactions, and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Verifies payment and disbursement instructions for completeness, accuracy, proper authorization, and alignment with client requirements and internal procedures.
• Applies risk management and control principles when reviewing transactions by identifying discrepancies, escalating potential issues, and helping to prevent processing errors, fraud, or unauthorized activity.
• Monitors workflows and resolves exceptions related to money movement activity to support smooth operational execution and timely client service.
• Manages moderate to complex external client issues related to payment processing, disbursements, and transaction inquiries.
• Meets with business partners and support teams to ensure problems are addressed appropriately and resolved within expected timeframes.
• Provides complex analytics and reporting services to support process improvement and automation within client processing systems.
• Participates in product development, product enhancements, and system testing to help ensure high-value transactions continue to process accurately and efficiently.
• Solves complex operational problems using strong knowledge of system workflows, transaction processing requirements, and downstream impacts.
• Integrates in-depth functional knowledge and industry standards to deliver effective solutions for internal and external clients.
• Provides guidance and support to lower-level client processing roles.
• May allocate and review the work of other team members to help maintain quality and productivity.
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives through strong operational execution, risk awareness, and continuous process improvement.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred. 
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred. 
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
