Graduate recruitment coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised coordinator to support the recruitment, on-boarding and administration of a busy Early Careers programme. You'll work closely with HR, hiring managers, apprentices, universities and training providers to ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate apprentice recruitment and on-boarding
• Organise and support recruitment related events
• Maintain trackers, documentation and reporting
• Support inductions, assessment centres and events
• Liaise with universities, colleges and training providers
• Manage on-boarding paperwork, system access and security clearances

About You

• Experience in HR, recruitment or coordination
• Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
