Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications for Automation ETL tester/ Data Tester:
  • Design, develop, and execute test strategies and test cases for ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Validate data movement from source systems through staging, transformation, and target data platforms.
  • Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation.
  • Validate data transformations, mappings, business rules, calculations, aggregations, and data conversions.
  • Develop complex SQL queries to validate data across multiple databases and data sources.
  • 5+ years of experience in ETL/Data Testing or Data Quality Testing.
  • Strong experience with SQL and database testing.
  • Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data warehouse architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with source-to-target data validation.
  • Experience testing data transformations, mappings, business rules, and complex data flows.
  • Experience with test automation and development of automated data validation scripts.
