Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise Agile transformations by driving organizational change, improving Agile maturity, and establishing scalable governance practices aligned with business objectives.

Position Responsibilities

·        Lead and coach teams through enterprise Agile transformations and continuous improvement initiatives.

·        Assess Agile maturity and implement frameworks, practices, and improvement strategies.

·        Apply and adapt Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, to organizational needs.

·        Manage complex programs, initiatives, risks, and resource challenges.

·        Establish sustainable governance models, documentation standards, and stakeholder engagement practices.

·        Influence senior leadership and business stakeholders to drive alignment and organizational change.

·        Facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and communicate program status and progress effectively.

Position Qualifications

·        10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise Agile transformations and 5+ years coaching teams.

·        3+ years of project/program management or systems engineering experience managing complex initiatives.

·        Deep expertise in SAFe and multiple Agile frameworks, with the ability to tailor practices to organizational needs.

·        Proven experience in Agile maturity assessments, governance, risk management, and organizational change.

·        Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

·        Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

·        Recognized Agile certifications, such as CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications.

·        Government or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
