The Role

• Service customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for wireless plans and services.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts, building strong client relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout and after the sales process.
• Stay current with the latest technology products and services to advise customers effectively.
• Recommend product and service enhancements to meet evolving customer needs.
