Job Description

Obermonteur Kabel- und Rohrleitungsbau | Ampfing bei Mühldorf, Germany | On-site

We're hiring on behalf of a leading company in energy infrastructure who are seeking to expand their team with a skilled Foreman for Cable and Pipeline Construction. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organization known for its commitment to quality and safety within the energy sector.

The Role

  • Lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring cost-effectiveness, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Independently coordinate work crews and prepare site measurements.
  • Plan and assign tasks to teams, overseeing and controlling subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external standards, including quality management and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) guidelines.

What You'll Need

  • Completed apprenticeship in cable or pipeline construction (e.g., skilled worker, pipefitter, cable layer) or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license Class B required; Class C and CE desirable.
  • German language proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
