The Role • Undertake varied assignments in different nursing facilities and clinics in the Lübbecke region. • Engage in long-term placements to ensure greater planning security. • Provide professional nursing care and support to patients. • Document and ensure the quality of care processes. • Actively support on-site teams as a dedicated nursing professional. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Registered Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Health and Hospital Nurse. • Flexibility and teamwork are essential. • Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts, nights optional). • Empathy and strong communication skills when interacting with patients and colleagues. • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
