Senior Software Engineer - AI-Driven Platform (Remote)

Nexl is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build an AI-driven CRM and growth intelligence platform. You will work autonomously within a cross-functional squad, shaping architecture, code quality, and product impact.

You'll ship features end-to-end using React/TypeScript and Rails or Python, while leveraging Claude Code and Cursor to improve velocity and quality. Strong fundamentals in security and data modelling are essential.
