Overview:
We are hiring 10 Data Center Technicians (L2) to support large-scale data center deployments, hardware installations, migrations, and decommissions.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 yrs Experience working in Data centers performing rack, stack, and cable installation of servers, storage, networking, and GPU systems.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Server and network rack layouts
  • Fiber and copper structured cabling
  • Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
• Experience installing enterprise servers such as Dell, HPE, Supermicro, or equivalent.
• Ability to read rack elevation diagrams and technical deployment instructions.
• Install rails, mount equipment, label assets, and maintain proper airflow and cable management.
• Connect and verify power, fiber, and copper cabling.
• Support hardware moves, adds, and changes (MACs).
• Follow deployment runbooks, rack elevation diagrams, and engineering documentation.
• Perform basic hardware validation, LED/port checks, and physical troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking, labeling, and documentation.
• Work closely with Data Center Engineers and Network teams during deployments and migrations.
• Follow strict ESD, safety, and security procedures.
• Support hardware decommissioning and removal of end-of-life equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in confined rack environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hyperscale or GPU-dense data center experience.
• High-performance computing (HPC) experience.
• Knowledge of hot/cold aisle containment.
• Experience with large-scale hardware refreshes or migrations.
• Basic Linux knowledge.
