Job Description
General Expectations & Requirements:
Experienced DRV Inspector position available. Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record – no exceptions. Punctuality and regular attendance is required. Professionalism and great customer service skills are needed.
- This is an hourly / non-exempt and in-office position, not remote.
- Hourly pay commensurate with experience.
- One year of experience preferred as a Community Inspector for multiple communities.
- Following the governing documents/CCRs and state property code laws for each community.
- Inspectors will conduct business with board members and homeowners by phone, email, and occasionally in person.
Preferred:
- MSFT office
- CINC or similar software system or the ability to learn quickly.
- Bi-lingual, English / Spanish - written & spoken, preferred but not required.
- Medical Insurance - the first of the month following 60th day of employment (Dental, Vision, Life Insurance)
