The Role • Lead and manage the fresh food counter, specializing in meat, sausage, cheese, baked goods, and delicatessen. • Oversee team leadership, product quality, and all operational processes. • Implement national sales concepts and drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement and sales. • Manage cost and revenue development, inventory, and stock rotation. • Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and maintain product range and pricing. What You'll Need • Professional training as a butcher or meatcutter, or equivalent experience (e.g., Head Chef), preferably in food retail. • Extensive product knowledge in meat, delicatessen, and/or gastronomy. • Proven leadership and team management skills with a solution-oriented approach. • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. • Team spirit and a high sense of responsibility.
