Freelance Project Manager – Derbyshire Location: Derbyshire<br />Contract: Freelance<br />Rate: £450 per day<br />IR35: Outside IR35<br />Start: ASAP We’re currently looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to join a highly regarded main contractor within the water sector, overseeing six new small schemes across Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a brilliant, well-established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects and looking after its people. The Role As Project Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of six small schemes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the delivery of multiple small water-sector schemes across Derbyshire
• Taking ownership of programmes, budgets and project performance
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, designers and stakeholders
• Managing health, safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Monitoring progress and resolving project issues
• Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements About You We’re looking for a confident and experienced Project Manager with:
• Previous water-sector experience
• Experience managing multiple projects or schemes simultaneously
• A strong understanding of project delivery, programme and commercial management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work autonomously and take ownership
• Relevant project management and construction experience What's on Offer
