Partnering closely with engineering, scrum teams, and business leadership, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our product portfolio and shaping the future of our offerings.

Key Proficiencies

• Workflow, CRM, low-code, AI or analytics platform configuration.
• Healthcare, federal, claims, clinical, contact-center or provider operations.
• Design thinking, Lean, journey mapping or service design.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Narrative: Translate complex capabilities into manageable features and user stories, ensuring everything the team builds is directly tied to core business OKRs.

• Be the Voice of the Customer: Deeply understand the customer journey and user personas, bringing empathy and consumer insights into technical conversations with architecture and engineering teams.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Act as the trusted partner and bridge between operational needs and technical teams to maintain a highly prioritized, efficient product backlog.

• Drive Agile Execution: Partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to balance demand, priorities, and capacity in a dynamic agile environment.

• Embrace Innovation: Identify and leverage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) while continuously adopting a growth mindset to navigate ambiguous and rapidly evolving tech landscapes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in product management or technology delivery roles, with a proven track record of analyzing customer needs and product performance.

• Agile Mindset: 3+ years working within an Agile or Scaled Agile development environment, including 1+ years executing work across matrixed product teams.

• Tech-Forward: Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI tools within the product lifecycle to maximize quality and efficiency.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Advanced Agile Expertise: 4+ years of experience working alongside engineers in scaled frameworks; active CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) certifications.

• Industry Context: Experience working within the Healthcare sector, or navigating state/federal government client bidding and implementation processes.

• Technical Communication: Strong foundational knowledge of application development and software integration, paired with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders effortlessly.
