  • Phase 2/3 or global clinical trial experience.
  • Experience supporting a clinical-stage programme or complex cross-functional development project.
  • Broad understanding of clinical operations, regulatory, CMC/manufacturing, quality, safety, data, and financial processes.
  • Experience working with CROs, CDMOs, laboratories, consultants, and other external partners.
  • Strong skills in programme planning, budgeting, forecasting, governance, risk management, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity.

Additional Desirable expertise:

  • Gene therapy, AAV, ATMP, or complex biologics experience.
  • Experience in Parkinson’s disease, CNS, neurosurgical delivery, or movement disorders.
