Bench IT require an SC Cleared Project Manager to assist in the delivery of a Cyber Security project for a secure environment customer. This position will be working 2 days per week in Livingston with the remaining time working remotely.

*Please note, given the timescale to start candidates should already hold Active SC Clearance*

Essential

• Primary objective: Increase delivery throughput and ownership across a high volume of projects currently at/over capacity.
• Profile required: Hands-on Project Manager (not Programme level) with a strong bias for execution and outcomes.
• Experience delivering Cyber Security projects.
• Getting results over Delivery approach: Flexible across Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), and Hybrid - focus on getting things done over strict methodology.
• Core responsibilities: End-to-end delivery ownership including RAID management, stakeholder comms, reporting, and driving decisions.
• Tooling: Microsoft Project, JIRA (Agile/task management) - balance towards JIRA.
• Security requirement: Active SC clearance required
• Operating context: Headcount constrained - consultants expected to roll-in, deliver, roll-out with minimal dependency and strong ownership.
• Key success factor: Proactive delivery ownership - avoid stagnation/blockers and actively drive progress.
